“Excellent service - communication was easy, prompt and very clear. I was informed of delivery dates and a contact number for the delivery company. Delivery was within 15 minutes of time given - very impressive considering the 150 mile journey. I would not hesitate to use this firm again or recommend it to others”

“We ordered a freezer, which your website told us was in stock. We were then told that it was not in stock and we would have to wait for an indefinite period, with no guarantee whether or if it would ever be back in stock. We then cancelled our order, which was seamless. You drop a star for your website but your staff were helpful and courteous. Our payment was reimbursed almost immediately. Apart from the website, the issues were NOT the fault of Donaghy Bros”

“I have bought a couple of appliances from this company and had no problem at all - found them to be cheaper than most of the high street retailers and delivery is very fast - I would well recommend them and definitely use them in the future.”

“I ordered a Dyson upright cleaner on 24th June 2020 and received an email on 26th June to say it was out of stock and would be available in 2 weeks or I could have a refund of money paid. I telephoned that day to say I wished to await 2 weeks for the cleaner and spoke to a very polite and efficient lady. I did telephone again almost 2 weeks later just to check if the order was on its way. The gentleman I spoke to was also very pleasant, and efficient too and assured me that my order had been dispatched. It arrived the next day! I was very pleased with the manner in which my order was handled, considering this difficult time we are living in. I shall definitely be ordering from Donaghy's again in the future and would recommend them.”
