“I actually had to cancel my order because by mistake I ordered the wrong item online. Customer service was excellent as they replied first thing in the morning and refunded the money without any issues.”

“Hi, I just want to say that I was not disappointed with Donaghy Bros on the contrary and there service, it is when I unpacked my Beko American style fridge freezer after waiting 24 hrs I turned it on and straight away had a display fault error and I cannot do anything with it , Beko will send me an engineer 21st July so I would have been waiting two weeks so quite a disappointment and I will not purchase another Beko machine again service is terrible, Donaghy had words with Beko but could not change the date and I thank you for trying , apart from that I would recommend Donaghy Bros for a very efficient service and back room staff”

“Price was very competitive, but delivery timescale was very poor. Had to chase the delivery company and make numerous telephone calls.”

“Hi, I ordered a Miele Vacuum cleaner in a bit of a hurry as my previous Dyson 'died'. The ordering process was simple and the item was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately, I then found that I could have bought the same vacuum from Currys for £20 cheaper! My own fault but next time I'll shop around a little more first!”

“Taken twice the amount of time to deliver the product and no effort made by the company for proactive ness. Did not bother to let me know that delivery was delayed. When phoned to chase up the agent promised a call back to update and none was provided. Disappointing.”

“Having shopped around for a particular fridge/ freezer we were looking to purchase, we came across Donaghy Bros. Website and were immediately impressed with their ‘customer service’ orientation. We placed our order on this basis and the follow-up was very professional. Sarah Cunningham in particular was excellent in Customer Services and answered each of our queries precisely. One cloud over the transaction was with the courier who delivered the product; they were supposed to contact us to let us know when the goods would be delivered in advance, but turned up 8.30 Monday morning without prior warning, leaving us with a busy Monday morning trying to remove the old fridge to accommodate the new one which was left on the driveway! Overall Donaghy Bros. Deserve 10/10 for their overall performance - we’ll be back....”

“I'm very pleased with my Dyson TP04 Pure Cool Purifying Tower Fan. I bought it from Donaghy but I was a little worried as, when I looked up their address it was Ireland. I needn't have worried as it arrived in a couple of days. Fantastic service, thank you.”
