“No problems with you but had problems with the delivery company.I was told delivery was going to be at 07 am Tuesday so got up ready for acceptance of my freezer eventually I phoned the delivery company and was told it would be delivered at 10 ish when it arrived . Not impressed”

“I purchased item online. Received an email confirmation then another pleasant email to explain the item would be with me within the next few days and the haulier would contact me directly with regard to deliver. Sure enough the haulier contacted me within a few days by telephone asking for directions to my house and the item was delivered within 10 minutes of that phone call. Have not opened packaging as yet therefore cannot comment on the item as yet.”

“I ordered a Dyson Tower fan as the delivery time quoted was quicker than from the manufacturer or other retailers and the product cheaper than elsewhere. Arrived quickly as promised and I'm very happy.”

“Cheapest price I could find (and I looked for hours, a couple of places matched the price, but non had the item in stock), and quick delivery, I received the item in 3 days, if I'd have gone to Dyson I'd have had to wait two weeks (and pay an extra £50).”

“Had the product I wanted at a good price, shipped to the UK. After purchasing however the level of communication was fantastic, order tracking, coronavirus info, shipper confirmation etc. Product arrived in fantastic condition and well packaged.”

“We were in search for a new washing machine and after shopping round, found that Donaghy Bros. were both competitive willing to deliver, install and take away our old machine for a small charge. Delivery was made on the appointed day, installation was quick and all this done while being socially aware. Excellent service all round!!”
