“I ordered Dyson from Donahue It arrived quickly and in with no issues. They did include in the email that due to COVID circumstances wait times etc. But there was no need for concern. I would be happy to buy from them again.”

“I was trying to locate a Neff integrated cooker, I called the store to check it was in stock and was told they had them in stock. I paid for the item and a few days later emailed to check on delivery date. I was told it would be dispatched the following Wednesday. On the Tuesday I received an email saying the item was not in in stock and would be approx 7-10 weeks for delivery. I already had the kitchen fitters on site so had to find the item elsewhere. I was disappointed that I was not given accurate information and was mislead about the item being in stock and dispatch dates.”

“I needed a Kitchen Aid as an urgent gift and couldn’t get one anywhere. I decided to place the order with Donaghy, which was advertised as temporarily out of stock, so that I could be in the system for when stocks were replenished. I was amazed when I immediately got confirmation of the order and then that the order had been processed and was on its way. You made someone very happy and I will definitely order from you again.”
