I waited 45 days after payment to get my items. This week order arrived. We can't install the front door double sidelight kit. The 3" screws will hit the glass sidelights. Also purchased sliding door lock and that was fine. I am very disappointed we can't use the front door unit. Who should I contact to return the front door pkg?

You asked for a review so here it is. I ordered the wrong product. I was sent a return UPS label promptly. I will get the correct size once they recieve my shipment and credit my account. So far it has been pretty easy. Stay tuned for updates

What I received is not what I ordered. I ordered the Pro Series because I have minimal clearance. Hinge Protection and Prying Protection were not available to include on this item The Packing List says I received MINI Comboe Sets including Door Jamb Shield and 2 MINI Door Shields plus painted screws (1 white set and 1 bronze set). I do not believe I received MINI Door Shields as the 2 in each kit are the wrap around style. The packing list also includes 4 ea. Bronze Pry Protection Kits. Obviously that will not work on the white door. I held the Door Jamb Plate in place and tried to close the door, but it will not close due to interference with the Jamb Plate. Help!!

Well, there are certain things that you just need to own. This is one of them. Our customer service has been terrible for the past several months as we have implemented a new system. I installed the system on my front door. Overall, I know the door is far safer, but the hinge covers have put enough pressure on the door to misalign the lock. Essentially, I have to push/pull the door into position to lock and unlock it. The automatic lock is useless, now.

I was shipped the wrong items in my order--half of the products were the wrong stuff. I notified the company via their email system 5 days ago and haven't heard anything meaningful in response. I did get an automated acknowledgment that they received my email but no follow-up since then. See photos below. I ordered a white item and received a bronze item. That won't work here.
