In the past, we offered installation services, but most customers have been successful on their own or with a bit of help from a local handyman or even a helpful neighbor. I had a very poor experience , i ordered security packages for two doors. I paid online, however after 31 days I did not receiive a shipping notice nor the products. I asked your company to refund my monies, and at no time did anyone try to rectify the problem of my purchase.

The screws displayed on your site was a square-drive head, that’s what I was ordering. I ordered these because the star-head screws that came with the kit easily stripped. When my order of screws arrived they were the star-head screws again. Disappointed

I placed an order 7/19/2024 and paid for express shipping. The invoices stated it had been shipping but didn’t provide any type of tracking. I called customer service 7/24/2024 asking if they could confirm a tracking number which they could not. Later that evening, I received an email that my order had been canceled due to a “warehouse issue” Went and found the same product On Amazon and they are the vendor for this product. I ordered it through Amazon fulfilled by Armor and didn’t have to pay shipping, received it two days later. Why bother sell stuff on your website if you can’t fulfill the orders, but then you will fulfill them through Amazon and it’s coming from the same place? That said, I will be looking elsewhere for this product in the future. Ultimately, the service was terrible and Because they lack of care for certain types of orders lost me a job installing the product ordered because it took too long.

Jason, For some reason, the UPS ground saver sometimes does not update upon shipment. It appears that your order was delivered on July 2. A lable was created for my order. my norder did not ship. I think it may have been lost. I am trying to canceal my order. Very poor costumer srvice.

My order has yet to be delivered. CF-OUT-46012.Shipped per the email on Oct 16. Today is Oct 28. If billed to my credit card I will be having the credit card company withhold payment.

Mr. Walters, I am sorry for the issue with your order. You selected UPS shipping and only supplied a PO box. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. With that being said, this order was allowed in our system and that is our fault. It is completely unacceptable that no one has contacted you. In cases like this, we will typically just send the package via USPS Priority mail, even though it costs us more, but this order completely slipped through the cracks. I just called your house and spoke with your wife, who instructed me to cancel the order. I am following her instructions and will be issuing a refund to your credit card. Finally, can you please let me know if you attempted to contact customer service about your order before posting this review? If you tried to contact us and were not helped, I need to deal with that issue as well. You should see the refund on your card in 24-48 hours and you should be receiving a confirmation email shortly. Having the most difficult time with install for months. Need to buy more drill bits. 3 kits, indifferent customer service. To the owners credit he did say to call if I have any more trouble. I gave up. Sick pet and injury to my hand now has put it on hold.

Received the outswing latch protectors. No instructions of any kind. Your videos do not cover this in any detail. The escutions for latch & deadbolt have to be ground or filed out of the latch plate. The brick moulding outside has to be mortised out,since there were no spacers mentioned or included. Called last week no one answered phone at your company so I left message explaining part of the problem. No one has returned call yet.

August, We are sorry that you had such a bad experience. We will make sure to revise our description to insure that customers know that this product must be used with a flush mount exterior door. This is a resale product for us and installation is pretty straight forward so we have not had many requests for instructions. With your installation requirement, I can understand your frustration. I have been trying to get an item returned and the correct color that I paid for sent to me.This has been going on for a week with no personal contact from anyone in your company just empty prerecorded promises that the customer is important. And your automated emails are no help either.Please check my order and get the color that I paid for sent out to me please.I also need a return shipping label sent to me where i can ship the wrong color that was sent to me back to you.I didn't make the mistake your shipper did. My order was supposedly shipped on Feb 2. - seven days ago. I have not seen nor heard a thing about it yet. I have both called and emailed, and no one ever answers or responds. Your email says "track your package", but I have no idea how the package was sent, who the carrier is, or when it was scheduled to be delivered. Our construction began on Feb. 7, and is scheduled to be completed on Feb 14. Unfortunately, your customer service is completely nonexistent! Our package has not been delivered, so I really don't know how to answer your following questions. 831 626-3048 just in case anyone cares to give us a call!
