“First time using dot.maison .. very happy, easy to use website, product quality excellent and is what you see online. The dot.maison team exceptionally quick to respond to any query and professional. Delivery timeline prompt and inline with service promise. The only reason I didn’t score excellent is that a product I ordered on a weekend day was from a third party who didn’t work at weekend , and therefore my order was not confirmed so I was unsure if it was ordered or not. But when I called dot.maison they confirmed it was ordered and would arrive in time. It would be helpful on third party products if it mentioned this on the web site . But overall can not fault dot.maison and will use again”
