“The bedside cabinets do need assembly and it’s quite time consuming, on one of the cabinets the holes we’re not in the correct position and luckily the person who was putting them together was quite handy and he was able to drill the hole to make it bigger. I’ve still given a 4 as once together the cabinets are solid and very stylish, perfect for the room”

“I felt it was quite a long time to wait, from ordering to delivery, but appreciate that there can be supply issues. I’m afraid I have no idea about how the mural will go on the wall, or what the quality is like, as the decorator doesn’t start for two weeks.”

“I tried to get these cushions from various places but they all had a long wait involved with getting them. Dot Mai son said two weeks however it took way longer than that, the same as everyone else in fact. But every time I emailed it was answered promptly, and I was informed as soon as back in stock and then they were delivered promptly. Very happy with quality and saved myself a few quid as well.”

“Hi. Thanks for asking for my opinion on your product and service. Great delivery and packaging. The dressing gown is beautiful and very well made. Has quality written all over it. The only disappointment is with the hanging tag on the back of the neck. It’s quite a heavy garment and, Of course, will be heavier when damp after a bath or shower. The hanging tag is flimsy and not fit for purpose. It will snap in time. You should put one on, made of the same sturdy cloth as the gown itself. I recently bought a dressing gown for myself from ASDA and it has a sturdy cloth tag. That said, my fiancée is delighted with her Christmas present and loves the colours. “I bought these curtains for to reasons , to look nice and to black out the room . They have done both of these . The material is lovely and they do fold back well (I have a lot of curtain due to a curve bay window , they are a little stiff because the back is like a thick shower curtain but it does not reflect on the look . I bought Josette dove grey to match my bedroom wallpaper in the same pattern and I bought 2 sets of curtains I pair of wide and 1 pair of smaller in width. .”

“A legit online shop with a good selection of branded household items at a competitive price. Many items are discounted and lower than others. Checkout was smooth and shipping was fast. Would give a 5 stars rating if the free shipping threshold is reduced to £30.”

“Hi all, I think there's nothing wrong with your products, your delivery, your website per se, but I would say your warehouse is letting you down. I've ordered twice in the last few weeks, and was surprised at the lack of care relating to the packaging of the items. The very last order I received didn't have wrap around it and had dirty finger prints all over the bowl (not small but a lot) which speaks to either your warehouse touching items with hands that have gotten dirty from either the boxes / shelving they touch / or perhaps even something more exciting, they don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. Either way, I couldn't use you to send gifts directly to a person. So the short of it, great products, great prices, delivery was fine under the current delivery circumstances the country is going through, but a big fail when it came to the handling and packing of the product.”

Dear Ingrid, Thank you for your review and we are very sorry to hear that your latest order was not up to standard on receipt. Contrary to your comments our warehouse is kept very clean and tidy, to the extent it is possible when we have over 10,000 sku's which are constantly moving in and out. We regularly receive accolades on our warehouse standards from our key suppliers who visit from time to time. Every order is checked by two quality checkers before despatch to check for exactly the kind of issue you raise. Unfortunately this time the checks clearly did not spot the issue you raise and we are very sorry for that. However we would like to assure you and all our customers that the sanitary comment you make is wholly incorrect and we believe an inappropriate assumption to make.
