“I just bought 2 filters as sustitutes for a berkey water filter. They work really well. They are smaller than my other ones but still very effective. And they filter the water at a good speed. I will definitely be buying them again.”

“It's probably my fault but I've given up because it kept leaking. At first a man told me I'd filled it too full, so I tried not putting as much water in, but it still leaked.”

“In ordered spare sterasyl filters for my berkefeld water filter from The Netherlands. At first I was a bit anxious how long shipping would take from Britain, not being part of the EU anymore, but to my pleasant surprise they arrived within a few days without problems.”

“I have been wanting to get a gravity fed water filter for ages and was happy to spot a discount which spurred me to finally do it. I was concerned when it first arrived as the water took AGES to filter through & so I contacted customer service who got back to me quickly to assure me the first few times took a while and then it would speed up. They were right :)... and I love it!! Great size for the kitchen counter & it feels good to know I'm getting clean water.”

“Filtered water tastes nice from British Berkerfeld barrel however as there is no indicator how much water is lwft in the bottom container and you add water in the top container, the water strarts dripping out at the point where the two containers meet and can cause flood if you leave it overnight.”

“Ordering from Doulton website is easy and delivery was quick with tracking information. As always, these filters are worth buying. Since I changed over to proper filters from Doulton, I haven't looked back. I will never go back to the "other" jug filters.”
