“Very disappointed with this water purifier as already the tap is leaking around where it’s attached to the main body of the purifier! I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!”

“I have been buying Doulton filters for many year and love the quality of product. Unfortunately the latest delivery of the product has what appears to be a different size thread and doesn't work on my filter housing. The old product was an Ultra carb filter the new product is a Biotect Ultra. Has the connection size changed or are they not compatable?”

“I received my filter( the fourth system I have bought ) and I am a bit disappointed.. the filters took ages to run through...even after a week they still leave residue and just not up to the standard that I have become used to”

“The filtering system is great, water definitely tastes better. Had a great big leak around the tap seals the first night but that was sorted once readjusted. The only grumble is that the tap provided is still dripping in the Off position.”
