Hello Andrew, Sorry you are unhappy with your order. If you upload an A4 document to be printed at A5 size it will be reduced by around 71%, hence the reduction in point size. If you email me an A5 document (so we can print at 100% actual size), then we can reprint this for you as a gesture of goodwill. Many thanks The Doxtors

“My document arrived a day-and-a-half after ordering. The print quality was excellent and the paper was thick and robust: perfect for my intended use as a classroom resource. The only thing that I think lets the company down is the amount of packaging used to mail the documents - as they're posted flat, rather than the usual "rolled up in a tube" style, which means that you get a large box and lots of plastic packing inside. Overall, though, I'd definitely recommend DoxDirect. I will certainly be ordering from them again.”

“Doxdirect offer an unparalleled service. I have used them on number of occasions but my most recent experience was by far the best. An error was made somewhere during the ordering process and DoxDirect were more than happy to offer me a replacement of my order without any hassle. In addition to this their deliveries are always prompt and crease-free! I will definitely be using DoxDirect again and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone with printing needs. “Due to Royal Mail losing my DoxDirect order I was stretched for time, as this was an important, time sensitive document. Although it was not DoxDirect's fault that this had happened, I contacted them to ask for a solution. They were extremely helpful and arranged to re-print and send out for a courier to deliver the next day. I have now received my documents and they are of very high quality. Thanks again for great customer service.”

Hello Tom, I am sorry your order was lost by Royal Mail. With time sensitive documents we would always recommend you select Weekday Courier as it is a trackable service. “Amazed at the price. So cheap. thank you Postage was quick and was very happy to get the bag of sweets to. The corner of my poster was ever so slightly creased but i think that was more down to it getting scrunched in the postmans bag. thank you and i'll certainly be using boxdirect again.”
