“The online system is really straightforward. Easy to use! There is a few mm printing or cuting error on two pages of the book. (in all 60 copies same page number) I am not sure if its a bleeding error from our side or not. (just for future reference I will check the pdf) But over all we are very happy with the outcome! “Doxdirect provide a competitively priced service with good customer support and polite staff. I have experienced minor/moderate problems with the service but as with all printing services it was enough to leave some extra time for these to be rectified. Aside from this their website could do with some improvements, I was unable to create an account and the previewing system is not always reliable for very large files. I would use their service again.”

Hello Joe, thanks for your feedback. We're actually redeveloping a large part of the website, including the uploader and previewer. “I have just taken delivery of my books and am absolutely delighted with the finished result, the printing and binding being very professional at a reasonable price. Louise was very helpful during the pre-order stage. I found the up-load process and cover design tool very easy to use, their service and personal attention to detail both efficient and helpful, the time required to produce and despatch truly amazing.”

“I have used Doxdirect twice now to print up big pdf manuals for some of my favourite PC games. Prices are reasonable for B and W and the product is very high quality and nice to use. Now what I would like is a tech breakthrough in colour printing to make it more affordable. Suggestion-why don't you offer an acetate back cover as well, it would make the product more durable.”

“Customer service was brilliant and quality and price outmatch the competitors, and Louise was very helpful and polite , even without the extra special touch of a pack of Haribo sweets.
