“Great price. Very quick turnaround. Good quality. There was one issue on one of my documents (my fault) - where online discount services like this often fall done is on customer service. But I received a quick, direct email from a real person who proactively identified and offered solutions to the issue which was quickly resolved. Great!”

“This website was easy to use, there was unfortunately some format errors on the first print, however, one email brought an immediate response, quickly reprinted correctly and dispatched very quickly. Would definitely use this service again, keen prices and no quibbling”

“Excellent quality - however, there was an issue with the delivery (paid for next day delivery but it arrived 3 days after the order - after I raised an issue) - while this was addressed by the customer support person, it was disappointing that I didn't get my product within the expected time period.”

“Despite my difficulties on grasping the technicalities of specifying a 2 page double sided A4 folded leaflet format from a pdf document. Eventually the order was consigned and the job well done. I take off my hat to Louise Gibbs whose patience was boundless. Without her help the order would have gone elsewhere. To save her time in the future with sorting out basic technicalities perhaps an idiot's guide on how to interpret some of the ordering instructions. Something visual - a video guide - on the web site would be appreciated. Many thanks for a great service nevertheless.”
