“I can't fault the quality of the product, the turnaround speed (which was amazing) or the service, but what turned up wasn't quite as expected (although still perfectly usable). Would I use again? Absolutely, but given the time I would get a single sample beforehand to check how things like adding a cover to a booklet works since what arrived wasn't what was described on the website or by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone.”

“Doxdirect were very helpful when I needed advice over the phone. The website is easy to use.. i've used it a few times. The results were perfect.... I completed the order late on a Thursday,, and it as delivered on saturday morning... Payment was easy... I cannot fault them”

“My print was borderless and some pages were supposed to be connected through a spread of two pages. The images were not aligned properly at all. They are kind enough to offer a reprint and even patience to give helpful guidance in the requirement they are looking for. Great service. However, the images are still not aligned 100%, but they are fine.”

“I was Really surprised by doxdirect's prices as most printing companies are extremely expensive for me. It was quite a pleasant experience to use their service as quality is very high for such low prices. I would recommend it to everyone I know. The only thing that bothers me is that editor is not working properly and shows very dark cover for books after customisation and at the checkout and I was afraid that books will turn out this way. But they turned out even better anyway ;-)”

“Website for downloading would not allow a cover to be added to a book, however by speaking to the company this was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The website was slightly difficult to use Excellent customer service - very helpful and finished product is good. Second time I have used them and on both occasions I have been very pleased.”
