“Cannot fault customer service. However printing quality is poor, alignment and colour. Does no one check the printing before its sent out? Will not be using again.”

We usually get great feedback about the quality of our printing, finishing and materials, and when mistakes happen we want to make things right. “I'm so pleased with the quality of the book I ordered. The website is clear and easy to use. We had a slight problem with the cover so I emailed asking for help and Louise was very friendly and efficient in sorting it out. I know my friend will be really happy with her birthday present - it's good quality and full of tales of our world travels 27 years ago! “Not only was this the cheapest service I could find to print out a full colour reference for my frog and snake research for my upcoming 3 month trip into the Honduran rain forest, I was also really pleased when it arrived, It is absolutely top notch quality printing and was exactly what I wanted ... “A fast and efficient service and so easy to do! And even though its all done online I know that I can get in touch with the team if I have any questions before submitting the order which is very reassuring. Friendly, efficient and easy to do business with, what more could i ask for! Oh yes, and very reasonably priced too. Great quality and you get a little bag of Haribo sweets in the parcel, which my grandchildren appreciate very much. Thank you Doxdirect, you make my life easy when it comes to my printing needs.”

“The only reason I didn't score the top mark was because I had trouble using the cover design template and didn't have a choice which paper quality I could order online ... I had to send an email requested the alternative paper and make an additional payment. However, excellent product and very quick turn around. Thank you!”
