“Doxdirect promptly provided copies of reports I had asked them to produce. The binding and materials used were of good quality. However, I was very disappointed that photographs included in the report had come out much darker than on the original supplied to the extent of being undiscernible for some photos. It seems to me that there was no effective quality check done on the final artwork as printed which should have picked this up. For this reason I would hesitate to use them again..”

“I needed an entire printed copy of my thesis to review, and I needed it quickly. Doxdirect printed it at a reasonable price, quickly, and delivered it the next day. The quality was quite good (and you can get better quality paperstock than I ordered, but this was a draft), and it was exactly as I sent it.”

“I needed an artist portfolio printing for professional purposes, and after approaching a number of printers for their services, I was unhappy with what they were offering. I found doxdirect through a friend who had recommended them to me. The uploading of the document was quick and simple, and I was really happy that there was the option to design a cover for the book. doxdirect even contacted me when they thought that there was an error with the document I had uploaded, rather than just proceeding to print and send the document to me. This extra attention to detail from the doxdirect staff meant that my document was correctly laid out when printed. Thanks to doxdirect, I now have copies of my portfolio ready for professional interviews, commissions and university assignments which are aesthetically pleasing, printed on quality paper and affordable. Delivery was quick - and even included a packet of sweets, which my four year old loved! Would absolutely recommend the service and will definitely use doxdirect for further printing and binding again.”

“I was skeptical that ali would recieve a good quality product in just two days (I ordered at about 3am on a Monday), but by Wednesday a great quality book arrived. I had fears about bleed margins and using a single png as a cover, but when it turned up it was perfect. If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be that there was a way to know what the status of your order was (eg. processing, printing, dispatched (with e.t.a.) and delivered. I have become so accustomed to this from online delivery services that I was worried that it hadn't been sent on time (I needed it before the Friday), but I shouldn't have worried. Will recommend and use again.”
