“I have used Dox several times and have found them very helpful. Their technology hasn't always worked as it should but their staff have always been accessible and willing to help rectify any problems in this regard. I am a reluctant online-shopper so 'trust and confidence' are two aspects that are very important in the process of doing business online. When everything goes to plan there is of course no problem and Dox deserve a high rating. However, when things go wrong, the mark of a good company is the speed, efficiency and 'manner' in which they address the problems. On a couple of occasions my books have not been printed in the way I would have expected. The multi-complex anxieties that this creates is enough to put me off shopping online forever. However, the staff at Dox have been easily accessible on these occasions and have been extremely helpful in talking through the problems both on the phone and by email. Every problem that I have had has been sorted very quickly but much more important was the manner in which they reassured me that the problems would and could be resolved. They have not hesitated in reprinting and sending me new books that have come up to my high expectations. The end result has therefore been very satisfactory and has enabled a high degree of trust and confidence to grow in relation to this company. Thus, from my experience of this company, they deserve the highest rating I can give them - not just for the end product but for the first-class service they have given when things do go wrong.”

“I have used Doxdirect twice now and am very pleased with both of my orders, which were of extremely high quality. The online preview had me worried for my first order though which was full of images, the colours were extremely saturated on it, however when I received the order the colours came out fine and were exactly as I had wanted. I think it was just a little weird on the preview because it had compressed such a big file. My second order I sent to print and got an e-mail saying they had converted it and asked to check if everything was still alright, which it was. Their customer service is fantastic and they make sure that you're getting what you want. Both of my orders also arrived very quickly. I am sure I will be using them again in future - keep it up, Doxdirect! :)”

“I couldn't recommend doxdirect highly enough. The service was very fast, highly affordable and the quality of the printing was superb. It was very important that my printouts needed to be of the highest quality, as they were to be press releases for an exhibition I was organizing. The professional standard of the documents really helped pull everything together. A huge thanks to everyone at doxdirext, I will definitely use you again. Oh, and thanks for the sweets!”

“having ordered a single copy of our report and shown it to our client we needed to order a bulk run of 250 copied for them to pass on to their clients. We were unable to simply ask for a re-run of the previouse order. This seems unbelivably backward of doxdirect, not to offer this option. But we submitted a re-run of the order by using the previouse order as stored in the libaray facility. Sadly this library facility has a clitch that dox direct know about, but do not warn their customers about. The glitch is that it resets the acetate cover option to 'no-cover'. The result was the bulk order for 250 copied of our report did not arrive with our clients as that wanted, not as the copy their had seen and signed off. We looked stupid and risk loosing business because of this.”
