“This is my 2nd order of A5 paper back books and again they are very good quality for the price and always arrive on time!”

“We had a second order of 3 individual books where only a small thing was different on each. However you glued the wrong cover with the wrong main parts of each book - this was a small mistake and is okay. Otherwise the printed product is smasching :D”

“Excellent quality prints. A misunderstanding to begin with meant my A5 prints were on A5 card but did not fill the frame. Louise quickly put this right and worked with me to ensure the second batch were just what I wanted, and sent them quickly out free of charge. I will be using Doxdirect again and have already recommended them to others.”

“I sent an order to test the quality, the file arrived this morning, much faster than anticipated and the quality was perfect, much better than expected it was entirely faultless. I shall definitely be sending the rest of my technical library for printing.”

“Decent response time. Overall good, but here is our experience: They initially got the binding edge incorrect, it was supposed to be on the short side, but it was placed on the long side of the document. It didn't help that the software preview showed it on the correct edge. Colours were dark on initial print. Called up customer services, and they said they would rectify it. They're a bit slow in responding to emails, and phone works best. Repeated requests for a printed sample to be photographed (so we could check the tonality) were ignored, however this does not mean they don't resolve the issues. They corrected the binding, and made a lighter tone print and we were very happy with the end result. No extra charge. Perhaps their online preview needs a slight improvement to include short side/long side as the binding edge, and colour tone. Still the prices are great, quality great, and the site is easy to use. Recommended.”

“I've used Dox many times in the past for printing university work and have always been very impressed with the service and quality of the prints. Most recently I asked for my work to be printed in A6 which was not advertised on their website and they were more than happy to help me out which I really appreciated. I have recommended them to all my friends.”

“This site was recommended to me by a friend and I am very pleased he made the recommendation. I found the site navigation and format very user friendly, which is important to someone like me, who has been described as technically challenged in the past! On a serious note, the customer care was excellent on both of the occasions I placed an order. Courtesy e-mails and even a call to check with me were very much appreciated and these nice touches do not always happen in today's world. “I printed two manuals for software that I'm learning. The finished product that I received came quickly and it was everything that doxdirect promised.
