“Needed university course documents printed and these guys did it fast and cheap. Don't waste time printing on your home printer. Reliable and fast upload. Highly recommended.”

“Everything was printed as ordered. the only thing I would say is, the order confirmation stated that we would receive a further email when the order was dispatched. We did not. Other than that it was all fine and cheaper than Staples!”

“I have ordered printing with Doxdirect already twice and in both cases excellent. Great quality and precise print work, excellent communication since placing the order until the delivery. Unfortunatelly my second order got lost but it was failt of the postal service. Therefore I would only advice to have a further negotiation with your post service provider to ensure all prints are delivered to the hand of the receiver or securely left at the post for collection later on against ID and a card is left. My prints were not anything personal however some customers might order printing of personal documents and this could be a major issue for them. However at this occasion I have contacted Doxdirect customer service and again I was very pleased with how they dealed with this issue in very proffesional manner. My order was reprinted and posted immediatelly. Therefore across the fact that my second order got lost which was not Doxdirect' fault, I'm fully happy to give to Doxdirect full star rating because their prints are very precise, for reasonable price and their service very reliable and proffesional with friendly and very helpful customer service. Thank you once again :)”

“The speed was fine and the print quality too, but the price was very high. I had a document with about 20 of 350 pages colour. There seemed no way to pay just for the colour pages and have the rest greyscale. Consequently one paperback print (with postage) was £100”

“Rather than printing at a local library I thought I would give these guys a try. I needed PDF manuals printed (prefer a real copy) and was blown away for the quality. Pin sharp, plus they print right up to the edge of paper (if required) and I don't know how they done it. Free p&p if order is over £1.50. Would defo recommend.”
