“Doxdirect for the most part works. When it doesn't work, they insist they will not compensate, but will reprint. We weren't looking for compensation but redistribution of our reprints to all delegates who attended our seminar that day. This was classed as 'compensation', they could only deliver reprints to us and we would then have to sort out p&p ourselves. Oh with £5 off our next order. Not for the second time Doxdirect.”

“Really hard to rate doxdirect.com as more often than not the service is perfect. We rarely have problems with document printing or delivery and use them frequently for small and large orders (12 times a year, around around 80 documents an order). However, when there is a problem (and doxdirect have made 2 printing errors in the last year with us), we appreciate sporadically they will occur. The customer service is appalling. The ease of ordering online is wonderful, the product is great, the delivery is brilliant but we have been upset to have to move our printing requirements to another provider so that we can be assured, when a malfunction happens, the mistake can be rectified easily, swiftly, with flexibility and with no out of pocket expense for ourselves. We have advised, both times, that doxdirect will accept no liability (even though they will admit formatting errors at their end) and therefore not distribute our reprints at their expense.”

Hi, In the unfortunate case where a mistake is made, we always reprint or refund, this has never been refused. But we do not offer compensation I am afraid, so the £50 you requested was indeed refused. I offered you a gesture of goodwill discount on your next order, but you declined this. I am sorry you feel we have offered you a bad service. Many thanks The Doxtors

“Excellent Service, arrived in great time, was cheaper than alternatives and the product was great! I would 100% recommend and would use again! Thank you! It is also reassuring that they ensure the quality of photos etc is good. I had an email asking for another copy of the photo as the cover photo was blurred. Great service!”

“The printing comes when promised!!! Nicely done. Friendly service. Easy to upload documents...until something goes wrong...currently struggling to upload an pages document and am wondering if this ( apple document) is the issue. Reasonable pricing structure too.”

“This is an ideal service for my training business. It's great how I have my training manuals stored online ready to order the required quantity for courses booked. Because the delivery is quick I don't need to store lots of manuals at home just in case, I just order as I need them. Overall good value for money and a fast efficient service.
