“End result was good -- but the website very nearly lost me. I uploaded the PDF, then found that some of the selection/option buttons on the right didn't work (Chrome, Windows 7), so carried on without an option I wanted. Next I was asked to fill in my details, with the option to register. Since I expected I might use this service again, I chose to register. Filled in the details, etc., but now my document had gone AWOL! Uploaded again -- the website looked different, but at least all the option buttons worked. From then on all was fine, and very pleased with the swift service and clean (no paper-dust sticking to the cover) document, and the well-packed delivery. Will use again next time I need a colour print!”

“I only wanted a small amount (7) of printed copies for a party invitation and Doxdirect were happy to oblige at a very reasonable price. The quality of the printout was also great and delivery was when expected. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.”

“Very good and efficient service. Very helpful customer service. I've noticed the error after already submitting a document and there was no issue in accepting the corrected document. I've even received a call before printing to make sure there are no further changes. Will use the service again.”

“My daughter hooked me up with a link to Dox Direct and I have to say I am very impressed with the speed and quality of their service. Book was delivered and was put to use straight away. “I was very impressed with the overall service. The website was easy to navigate and the options were easy to understand and apply. The delivery was fast and it arrived on the day they said it would. The quality of the books I'd ordered were excellent. My one criticism was that some (but not all) of the colour photos did not appear as I'd seen them on my computer; they tended to be darker and have less contrast. This is what is stopping me from giving a full 5 stars. However, the bottom line is that I would most certainly consider using Doxdirect again (although I'd probably have to re-format any colour photos).”
