“Over all we were dissatisfied with the service we received from box direct. The end product had a much darker tone in comparison to the original copy we received, which had to be redone due to the inside being upside down. (This could have easily been sorted if it had been checked prior to sending.) We have had to use them but I am not happy with the finished result of our wedding invites due to the colour of the leaves on the invite as we wanted a softer lighter feel to achieve the look we wanted.”

“This is the third time that I have used Doxdirect. As before it was easy to load my files and choose the various options. The finished product was delivered in only a few days and to a very high standard. The only option I would have liked would be to load separate files for the front and back covers.”

“I had quite a bit in my first order with 1,000 sheets in total of various documents with some in B&W and some in colour. I was very pleased with the competitive prices and the quality of the job. My order was very well packaged with documents separated for my convenience and got to me very promptly. Definitely pleased and will be using doxdirect again.”

“I KNEW someone had to be offering this service but it was difficult to track down. Maybe my Google Fu is lacking but I kept turning up companies offering leaflet and business card printing. This is a great service. Fast and well-priced. I won't hesitate to use it in future. Communication is excellent. You know exactly when to expect your print out. Packaging was perfect. I even got a little sweetener with my first order...thanks! I'm currently outside the UK but I think I know how to get important documents to colleagues in the UK...and it won't involve me printing and posting them myself!”

“Did some googling and thought these guys looked good. Ordered 4 copies of a 20 page side stitched book and was very impressed with them, super quick delivery and turn around as well! Later on discovered that there was a printing issue with one page on a small area of one copy, emailed the team and everything was sorted super quick from a very helpful team member :) Would recommend and would use again. Great work and great customer service!”

“I was very impressed with how easy it was to upload my files and have my documents printed and delivered within 3 days. Very happy with the Quality. Will definitely use doxdirect again. My only fault was that I am sure I asked for the plastic coverpage front and and back of both spiral bound docs but only one front came. Not sure why. No matter- I was happy. F”

“I used the service to create a prototype copy of my novel as a gift. The end result is great. The creation process was testing. Uploading the book was the easy step. Using the tools I encountered problems. Because the text fonts are limited, I made my title stand out by layering the text in two tones. Once I had it all lined up perfectly, on generating a preview; the layers were flipped. After two attempts at reversing this, which takes time given how basic the tools are, it flipped the layers again. So, I gave up and just went with the alteration. The tools could do with a layer function (like in PhotoShop), and a more extensive list of fonts to choose from. Also, an opacity function would be beneficial so you can see the boarder you are stretching your cover image into. The printed copy looks like a real book and I am very pleased with the quality.”
