“I sent in a photo to be used as part of a poster. When the posters arrived the picture was quote blurred. I appreciate that while the picture used looked ok to me, it could change once enlarged to A3. The company are the experts and not me, it would have been nice to be informed that the picture was unsuitable. Instead I find myself with 100 posters which are of no use to me whatsoever.”

“Excellent service and very quick turnaround. Staff also noticed that I had made an error when submitting my request and got in touch to make sure everything was right before sending to print. They even rectifyied the error for me. Also excellent value for money - Will use again! Thanks DoxDirect :D”

“A very transparent process, website is smooth and there are no hidden charges. The product is excellent and the delivery fast. Would recommend. Minor niggle - seem to be unable to use ampersand (&) character in text boxes on cover design. I just about coped using the word 'and' instead.”

“The company has a good website and it was easy to process the order within 5 min. Furthermore the company packaged the print product in bubble wrap and used a solid carton packaging. I am very satisfied. I will print my university documents in the future with this company, because this experience made me feel that my personal documents will be handled with care! I am very satisfied and can recommend to use this company to print documents.”

“I was cautious at first over this kind of service but I was so wrong. DoxDirect can be summed up in 1 word, "stunning". I really don't think the service could be any better than it is and they are a shining example to others. Website is superb and so intuitive to use [I particularly like the PDF merge feature :)] and on the fly cost calculation and print preview. Paper quality and print quality was superb, even though I went for the low cost 100g Black And White/Double-Sided option. Binding was good and has held together well - even with 350 pages. They saved me so much hassle printing large documents from the web - in terms of ink, paper and time. Price was extremely fair too. I wouldn't dream of ever using anyone else now and would not hesitate to using DoxDirect again in the future., they are first class!”
