“Mine was only a small order but it was handled professionally regardless. The printing arrived when they said it would (and I was notified by email of dispatch), carefully packaged and was great quality. I'd definitely use them again. Thanks very much!”

“I love the finished product and will be ordering again I am fairly certain. However I think that you should have a clear notice to warn people that your system does not work with Safari as I waited 3 hours whilst it said it was uploading. Only through a secondary source did I hear that your system isn't compatible with Safari so I downloaded Firefox and it was done within 20mins. It would have saved valuable time. The dispatch time was fantastic and I was blown away by the quality of the picture book that I had ordered and wish that I had ordered more. I did sign up for a business account to save the item but that did not work however it would be simple to upload again so I am not worries about it this time. Thank you for excellent service and outstanding quality and for the pack of sweets, my sn enjoyed that part! Highly recommended.”

“If you are looking for a professional company to print your documents or books look no further. The whole process from beginning to end was easy and trouble free, just uploaded the pdf added my own artwork for the covers via the intuitive template based interface and voila job done, Uploaded on Friday and received the finished book first class free delivery on the following Tuesday. “I love this company! They are so awesome and provide a great service. Easy to use website, an 03 telephone number and their prices are amazing. They even threw in a nice little bag of sweets with my order. They are so chill and cool and quirky and I really like that. Speaking to them on the phone was great and answered all my questions. I'd highly recommend doxdirect.”

“Despite some initial difficulties working from Word for Mac and needing to change it to pdf format, the staff could not have been more helpful. Change to pdf on Macs is simple and overcomes the problems, so is worth doing in advance. I was not charged for the first attempt. I will use them again. My thanks to them.”
