“This company is an absolute hoax. My partner & I had planned to rent a car when we landed in Malga with our 6month old first trip out of the country. When we landed we got to the shuttle bus & the driver greeted us with our name on the booking. When we got to the centre to collect the car we were told our booking was cancelled they didn't know why & we had to ring doyouspain. I contacted customer service was on hold for over 20 mins & was cut off. Phoned again on hold for 16 mins and the girl was extremely rude and I was told nothing they could do. It was cancelled as we were late. I explained our flight was on the runway in Dublin for an hour before we took off due to technical issues and she said because we were late our booking was cancelled. Despite them having our flight details which they had emailed asking us the night before we flew. they cancelled the booking and they advised we needed to reclaim back from the airline. It was an absolute disaster after paying for the vehicle left in the middle of nowhere in malaga with a 6 month old trying to get to our destination. We have had no choice but to hire another vehicle where we were directly. What an awful start to our first family trip away. Expensive car rental. Not good company..not good customer service. Fake company who just takes your money..STAY AWAY go elsewhere.”
“Appalling company, had paid for extra cover online and they made us pay another 165€ plus fuel 76€ , we were told if we took the car back with a receipt for the fuel they would give me a back 76€… 2 weeks later and no sign of refund. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with "Do You Spain." Despite paying in full for a rental car, the company failed to provide me with the vehicle as agreed upon. What makes the situation even worse is that they refused to refund my payment. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable.
The entire ordeal has been frustrating and time-consuming. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. I feel cheated and misled by "Do You Spain," and I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
If you are considering renting a car, please look elsewhere. "Do You Spain" cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises, and you may end up losing your money without receiving any service in return. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and avoid the troubles I experienced.

“My flight date was altered by airline. Doyouspain refused to alter my car hire booking saying no refunds. I was not wanting a refund just a date alteration. When you book they inform you no refunds but it is not till you have paid that the tell you no alterations. Unfortunately I do not recomend you use Doyouspain as you will be ripped off”

“Just has a booking with them. Arrived to the airport to pick up the car and the rental car company (Goldcar)won’t accept my credit card, because the numbers were not imprinted in the credit cars. Goldcar wanted them offer us their insurance and if we would have accepted, they would have accept our credit card, which we were amaze on their policy.
As we already have the full cover they told us that we couldn’t have the car.
So we are trying to get our money back but looking at the reviews, I can see this is the biggest scam ever… I will fill out a formal complaint to this company.”
“IT WAS A REAL NIGHTMARE renting a car through DoYouSpain and the GALDIERI company at Fiumicino Airport in Rome. GALDIERI used every possible obstacle, despite having all my documents in order, to prevent me from renting the car at the agreed-upon price with DoYouSpain, which was really cheap. However, they were willing to accept the rental at a price 4 or 5 times higher with the same documents presented.
In addition, despite not renting the car, DoYouSpain refused to refund the full coverage insurance that I had paid for at the time of booking, even though the car rental was not carried out.
