I have completed ten lessons so far. I am going slow so that I can absorb and implement the changes suggested. About two thirds of the suggestions you make in the course we have already implemented. The additional information is both helpful and adds to our storehouse of AFib prevention information. Also, the course is very encouraging. It confirms that by taking charge of diet and several other factors, we are on the right track in controlling AFib.

A lot of what you say is common sense but your course provided me with the motivation to adapt my lifestyle to a healthier one! It also confirmed my belief that stress and sleep deprivation are the main triggers for my AFib. Thank you.

I found all the information to be helpful. I have had AFIB steady for a little over a month. Prior to that, I was only experiencing short periods of AFIB. I have been referred to a Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist. The information from the program will help me be better prepared for the doctors visit.

I am just beginning my new way of eating. This far it has not been that hard to follow. Bread is my biggest thing. I have slipped up a couple of times. The veggie noodles are great. I have to made my own sauce. . I have plenty of canned vegetables that are given away. My dog loves it. He gets all the bologna and all the corn dogs and sliders from the freezer

Great survey of so many popular plans for better health. I like the specific foods, recipes and products that support my heart health. I’m trying to understand better the options I have with afib. I appreciate his total review of medical and life style actions to improve my chances of living stronger and longer with my condition. This is the best overall help I’ve found. I’m an 80 year old woman. Afib runs in my family. I thought I escaped it when my mom and two brothers were diagnosed at earlier ages. I’ve now been diagnosed and had reasons to resist blood thinners. After a mild stoke I did agree to take Zarelto. I was right on those fears given my history. Last year I was rushed to hospital with serious gastrointestinal bleeding. No cause was found. Later I was able to tolerate Eliquis for a few months and I’m grateful for that. It allowed my physicians to perform a “hybrid” surgery with both a catheter oblation and an “ari-clip”. (The only thing Doctor P. Morales does cover right now is that clip-it’s risks and benefits. I hope he will update soon in his videos). Once again I’ve become intolerant of blood thinner, this time Eliquis. So here I am learning and practicing better health measures. I’m now 95% GF free and feel better- less hungry. I’m daily conscious of what I shop for, eat out, increasing moderate exercise. I’ve lost over 10% of my body weight over the last four months. I have more energy for living and more hope with Doctor P. Morales guidance. Thank you, doctor. I’m looking forward to continuing learning and living well with your ongoing work.

I’ve been so overwrought by this sudden diagnosis of A-Fib which seems to have come out of nowhere! This Dr. Has really given me hope that there is a light at the end of this tunnel. I thank God for this information. I will diligently try everything in it to get better. It is debilitating to have these episodes of afib- with RVR AND end up in the ER. Thank you Dr. AFIB for your encouragement. I know this is going to help me.

I signed up for the Afib course and could not get it on my computer the second time I tried. I could not find a customer service number to call, so I turned the problem over to my credit card service. I called the office number and that person was unfamiliar with the Afib program and could not help me. Visa has spent three weeks trying to get to the bottom of this with no success yet. The program looks good but for now I have to rate it very poor because I cannot get it on my computer

I just watched all the videos in the course. What I liked the best is that the doctor gives you solid tips you can follow. Like Drink electrolyte water before exercise. How to pick a healthy snack bar. Each video module is short and to the point. Very practical info that you can use right away. Lose 10% of my body, cut sugar and carbs. Easy steps to follow. Afib has been confusing and scary and Dr. Afib has helped me sort through the clutter and given me info i can use. Get the course. You won't regret it. i intend to watch it again.

Hello my name is Terry.First of all I would like to say that I think Doctor Morales is one genuine person who sees his job to help people more important than his wages,I HAVE a LOT of admiration for him and believe in his take control of afib plan, I HAVE not been to well myself at the moment but I intend to resume soon, but I would like to say he has not took my money and ran and he still keeps in regular touch with me which I find encouraging.THANKYOU DOCTOR

Great program that gives easy to follow steps for better nutrition, exercise, and sleep ideas to help control AFIB so you can possibly lower or get off your AFIB medications. I recommend this program for anyone willing to do the work to treat AFIB naturally!
