I was diagnosed in Feb 2022. I was overcome with anxiety. Got all the meds from the doc, but no one would address the anxiety or nutrition. Found Dr. Afib and found the course very helpful. Following it exactly. Then got Covid! Trying to get back in a routine but found the course to be extremely helpful. Thank you!

I am thankful for Dr. AFib, because he help me to understand it, which my Dr. did not have time to do.. What to eat, is a little more difficult, because it’s not common. I am not obese, I don’t drink alcohol, but I have a family history of it. I do exercise five days a week. But it has help me to eat right. Sometimes I will go a month or more without having AFib, I would like to get off the Eliquis.

The Take Control Over AFib course is very helpful. My wife has A-Fib, I don't. I figure if I live as healthfully as possible, just as if I did have A-Fib, then it will be beneficial to me, as well. After all, excellent nutrition, as an example, can go a long way toward preventing a host of potential and common maladies. Thanks so much for this great information, and I recommend this course to everyone.

Dr. Morales has created a wonderful "training" experience for living with and dealing with Afib. I was diagnosed in March 2020 just after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Spent three days in a "state of the art" hospital in So Cal. Chemically cardioverted and left the facility in good spirits believing this was a "oneoff" experience due to stress and way too much Chardonnay. 6 months later I had another episode and was diagnosed with Paroxysmal Afib, prescribed some "pills" and set for a followup. Never once, did our state of the art hospital provide a single session of "navigation" regarding living with Afib, often referring to it as an "annoyance or inconvenience"! After intense research, I found Dr Morales program and signed up. What a wonderful, educating and reinforcing approach to "living" with Afib. It literally changed how I would deal with this condition in the future. I immediately set the diet in place, lost 35 pounds, completely changed the way and what I eat, gave up any form of alcohol and felt that I had discovered a way to possibly reverse or at least minimize future episodes. I continue to take a minimal dose of Sotalol and other than the fact my heart rate runs a bit slower than I would expect, I believe the dietary changes and weight loss have made a great difference for me. Thank you to Dr Morales for his efforts to help with "life changing navigation" and communication that goes far beyond what your local Cardiologist doesn't offer. If you read the book, you must devote serious effort to following his advice and discover the difference it can make.

I'm a 68 year old female and enjoyed this course very much. I love to manage my AFib without medications someday. You are the first Doctor that explained natural remedies instead of prescribing more medications. Thank you Dr. AFib!
