“One day I accidentally found out about a store like Dresslily. And I made my first order - it was a Funny Plastic Snowball Maker Scoop Tool for Winter Games Props. My order came quickly and well Packed. The quality of the product is very pleased with me! Since then, I have already made more than twelve orders for Dresslily and I was not mistaken in my choice! I mostly ordered women's clothes! Everything is at the highest level! The quality is great! Good support! And great prices! I recommend Dresslily!”

“Having placed many orders to date, I find Dresslily's products very reasonable and of satisfactory quality. On the odd occasion , that I have had an enquery, there has been a prompt, courteous reply and always resolved to my satisfaction. Would recommend to family and friends.”

“I've bought a few times thru the years with them I've had a great experience with them. I've just a little sizing problems, even if I checked on the sizing charts, and I didn't mean that I totally didn't fit me, but it just didn't fit me the way I expected. They've always answer my questions quickly and things have arrived quite quickly too (With this I mean, that things from China usually take months to arrive to Peru, so when they arrive in a month or less like they with my last order I'm extremely happy).”

“I actually like this website. The quality is durable. The clothes are not the most expensive material. But they are nice quality for what you pay and look like the photos. The only thing I advise is when picking you sizes, don't go by the usual XS,S,M,L,XL because you won't get the fit you want. You HAVE TO KNOW YOUR MEASUREMENTS.!!!!!! They have a size chart for every piece of clothing that is very accurate. I have ordered many items by using my measurements and haven't been disappointed. The only thing that I get disappointed by is the shipping time. If you need something order it a month in a half in advance. Other than that I'm very satisfied with my purchases.”

“Only down side is that one of the items I ordered went out of stock and I had to inquire about it myself. The other item I ordered came in a reasonable time. The quality was better than expected. Walmart grade material. I got lots of compliments on the stuffed cat hoodie when I wore it to work. I questioned why my second item was not shipped yet they said it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they gave me one. Every reply was within 24 hours and I got my refun within 24 hours of requesting it. Make sure to order 2 sizes up though. I’m a small/medium depending on the place and I ordered size XL and it fit.”

“I have ordered three times and items all arrived when they said they would. Sizes spot on but you have to measure yourself. Quality is maybe not as good as it shows in the pictures but it is comparable quality I would say for the price paid. I live in the North of Scotlans and they still delivered 😁”

“Sure, was a bit worried about my order based on reviews, but I decided to roll the dice on a cute Christmas dress. There was tracking on my shipment, and it would have arrived in about 2 weeks if it wasn't for Canada Post's mistake in sending it halfway across the country in error. The dress itself was as expected. Cute print fabric not the greatest quality, but the construction was quite good (well-done invisible zipper, double-rolled hem, seams all nicely finished, under-stitched neck facing). Fits on the small side (normally a small, the medium was just a hair too big but fine). No complaints at all!”

“Having seen some negative reviews, I didn't have high hopes. However I ordered two fairly cheap t-shirts as a test (should have been one but they were running out of stock on both imminently). It mentioned before ordering it'd take 7-10 days delivery and it must have arrived on the 7th or 8th day. The t-shirts looked exactly like they do on the site, the stitching wasn't perfect on one but hardly noticeable without looking for it. They are also both very comfortable and fit me well. My only real issue is that they didn't come with any washing instructions, no label on either except on Collar with the size. Shall wash carefully and will buy from here again!”

“I'm giving them a 3 for immediate customer service response. After ordering a dress for my daughter's prom. As she requested believing she had looked into the reviews or heard of someone ordering from there. I found she had not. When I placed the order I was alarmed buy it only having a PayPal option 1 and 2 after placing the order it just took me to PayPal. I could not see any of the companies information. Since, it was for an important event and the receipt was in Chinese. I immediately panicked. I then read reviews below and decided it was not worth the risk for this particular occasion. I went to my receipt and was easily able to cancel. Daisy from customer service with in the hour quickly responded. Asking why I wanted to cancel. I told her my concerns, of reading bad reviews of timing, no refund the sizing and possibly receiving something totally different and seeing the same dress on q few sites. My question was did they actually make the dress like it claims on the site or do they just order and size as needed. Since, I went with custom fit. While, I didn't receive any answers to my questions. She did respond with a picture of a young woman and her father tying the back of the dress we had wanted to order saying it it was a customer review & asked when the event was. I told her he date expressed my hesitation again and shortly after I was issued my refund. Thank you Daisy for canceling my order. I would like to possibly give them a fair try for something a little less important first. With that being said I did order this and cancel it in the same day. I truly hope that if anyone does order from here they receive what they have hoped for in time. My main concern was reviews and it seem to lack some key information. I would suggest if you do that its ordered in advance like a few months to be safe. Also make sure you find out the exact return policy. It states returns of unworn clothes returned within 3 days will be refunded on the site. Doesn't say 100% refund so that maybe something else to find out. Nothing about custom orders which I'm assuming would be final sale. Best of luck.”

“I ordered a jacket I did not like the quality of the material I got in contact in how to return jacket They emailed me to say to keep the jacket r I could donate it which I did and they refunded my money back to my account I will be shipping with them again”

“They have some great styles and their pricing is really low, which is why I decided to give them a try. It took about 3 weeks to get my items, which is annoying but not the end of the world. Their quality was actually really good for the prices I paid, which was a pleasant surprise. But the real kicker here is that they don't do exchanges or returns for stuff that doesn't fit. You have to get a pre-approval for any exchanges, and they will only okay them if there is something defective with the products. So basically you take a chance with buying online. No guarantees and no returns. I got 4 bathing suits, 1 of which I likes, 1 of which was "meh", and 2 of which didn't fit at all. My total price was about $100. So, I figures, I paid $100 for 2 bathing suits. It's not necessarily a scam, but not the kind of service we're used to with almost all other companies. I won't be taking a chance with them again.”

“I liked the items I got from this site. Many of their items are very cute and I am very fond of them, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Two of my items did not fit and trying to send them back was awful. You have to pay for your own return shipping, no shipping lable is provided. MULTIPLE times I would send messages to them and their reply only loosely related, only answered the first portion of, or even almost entirely missed what I wrote. I felt like they weren't actually reading my replies for the majority of this time, and more than once I had to send the same question or comment multiple times since it was not addressed the first time. It did take me longer than it should have to send my return since I did not have a printer to print off the paper they provide that they require you put inside the package, which is not their fault. After my return did arrive I did not hear from them for two weeks until I contacted them to ask what what going on to be told my items, which I was hoping to exchange for different sizes, were now out of stock. The shipping to receive the items also was EXTREMELY long, though I'm sure my experience was in part effected by Covid.”

“I received the order within the time they promised; however, one bathing suit didn't fit. The process to return is inconvenient and takes forever. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, it's all email with very little response. I was given NO INFORMATION on how or where to return and promised a refund to my account within 24 hrs. Obviously the refund hasn't happened... probably because they won't give me any details on how to return the stupid suit. I will not order from them again.”

“I had ordered three dresses. I have contacted them probably six times. I have asked for a refund and repeated my question over and over. I am getting the runaround and they send me emails that text me back to dress Lily but very little information. It has taken a very very very long time. I have received two of the three dresses. Oh my God please don't shop from them!”
