I ordered 2 items on 12/6/19 as a Christmas gift for my wife. When they did not arrive before the 25th of December I chalked it up to it being a busy time of year. My wife’s birthday is in mid January, so I figured I’d gift it now as a birthday gift. Once that date came and went I began looking to contact them but was unable to. Finally I found their FB page and direct messaged them. At this point I’m looking to be refunded the money I spent nearly 2 months ago. They informed me now that one of the two items were in route, but the other item( the Item She was looking forward to the most) was out of stock, that I could pick another. I informed them of my disappointment in the fact that it took me contacting them well after the expected for receipt to be informed of this and that I’d like my money back. Their response was that one item was out (finally) for delivery and could not be cancelled but they would refund the other. I requested a refund of the nearly 5$ shipping, explaining that they had not held up their end of their own shipping terms. I was told no it would not be possible because they do not make a profit on shipping!! I respectfully expressed my disappointment with no response. Zero out of five.

I ordered just over $100, quality was horrible and sizes were way off. When I contacted to return I got all necessary information. After passing for shipping to have it sent back it's over two months later and they say they don't have it. Contacted Canada Post which as for a contact name and phone number. When I asked Dresslilly for this info the said they do not know the contact information for their own warehouse. Super shady

size was wrong, make you jump thru hoops to TRY and get a refund, even if you get thru you have to pay for return shipping and they wont even give you a full refund. stay far far away. 1 star is too much

The sizes are horribly off, will not refund money who wants a store credit when sizes are not true, will never use them again! The question below is a joke there are no refunds! Order from Amazon and you will never be mistreated!

I ordered 3 shirts on 12/16/19 and… I ordered 3 shirts on 12/16/19 and chose their fastest delivery and today is 01/19/20. Fedex tells me that they are holding the EMPTY package at their facility many states away from me. They told me to contact Dresslily to inform them. I called Dresslily and followed their online ticket process. Dresslily could and should simply call Fedex (their contracted shipper) to verify, however they are wanting me to again contact Fedex to request that Fedex go ahead and complete the shipping of the empty package to me. Then Dresslily wants me to send them a list of package conditions/specs and photos. This was my first shopping experience with Dresslily and It does not seem to me that they value a customer. Had I had a good experience, I had several additional items picked out to order. That's NOT going to happen now.

Horrible customer service. I ordered something by mistake, which isnt going to be delivered for 20 days, i tried to can el the order right away and three days later we are going back and forth in their portal. What a joke

I placed an order from DressLily in November, I never got my order! And they won’t even give me my money back 🤬 saying they’ll lose money and dhl won’t even reply to me. I ordered from there before without a problem but this time either dresslily or dhl is lying to me. Dhl saying they sent it back To shipper cuz I wouldn’t pay and dresslily saying dhl destroyed my order cuz I never paid. here, I got a text from dhl saying I gotta pay, I did and another text saying I gotta pay and I said I already did... so they sent my order back or destroyed it.

I paid extra to ship. Placed roughly 2 weeks before Christmas. Partial order arrived 1st week in January. Nothing fits correctly. The rest of the order has not even processed yet. Terrible way to do business. Absolutely will never shop here again.

I made a purchase on 11/27/2019. When I received the package I realized their sizing chart was wrong and all of the cloths were at least 3 sizes to big. I contacted them 2 days later to return the items for a full refund. I shipped the package on 12/26/2019 and it was delivered on 12/30/19. I am still waiting for a refund. i cannot get hold of anyone to actually speak to. Their last response claimed they cannot find the package, when I have tracking proof of when and where it was delivered. I just want the refund. i would not recommend buying from this company, and definitely wouldn't recommend trying to return anything.

I am so angry with Dresslily. This is the very WORST experience I have ever dealt with in retail. I ordered a few things. The shipment date kept changing. Now, the order won’t be in time for a baby shower. You can’t get hold of them on line like they direct you to do. You get robot responses. Then I called they said they are only taking calls for pre orders. A recording says it’s peek volume time, it’s January 13th.....right! I am going to tell everyone on Facebook who I see that likes Dresslily that this company is a scam.

I ordered a few things from Dresslily since this was a new site for me. Two items never arrived and the shirt that did arrive did not fit properly. There was no packaging included with the shirt, so I had to contact them for return instructions. They kept sending me the same email with no resolve to my problems! Horrible company, do not use, keep your money!!!

Took months to get to me, then one was the wrong size. Its been 3 months and I'm still trying to get the size corrected. NEVER shopping here again!

I ordered a dress on November for Christmas and now its January and I still havent received it.. I have ordered from this website previously and I had never waited this long. I want a refund and they make you go through alot to get it. I wont shop on this website ever again

I ordered 3 items from Dresslily. One I can alter myself to fit me. But the other 2 would fit me twice over and not good quality materials. ! I tried to return them for a full refund. The Dresslily site is so confusing and you just get a ticket number and they don't reply to any questions !! So I returned 2 items to the return address on my package. Which was a P.O box. Paid £5.60 Hermes delivery and it was returned back to me today unopened !! I give up. Will never order from them again !

After a month, with several inquiries on my part, I finally received the new jacket. Although I verified that the size was a men’s (US) XL, I received a (UK) XL which would fit one of my kids. I emailed Dresslily about getting an RA# and returning it, but unlike every store with which I’m familiar, there is NO FULL REFUND! Here are the options: "Regarding the item(s) that you have submitted,please consider the following exceptional solutions: 1. Keep the items and partial Refund If you choose this option we can refund you 20% of the product cost. Please note that this is an exception that we can only offer you ONCE. Technically, all the items must be returned to be eligible for a compensation. A.Quick refund of 20% of the product cost to your dresslily Wallet within 24 hours as store credit. In addition we will also offer you extra points to your dresslily account for discounts on your future purchases. (You will receive 5 points for every 1 USD). B. Refund 20% of the product cost to Your payment Account 2. Return the item to our warehouse to get another one for free. Once we receive your returned product we can resend the item to you for free in a different size. Kindly offer us the size you need and confirm your delivery address once more. A. Your correct size. B. Confirm your address : Spring,Texas,77386,United States 3.Return the item to us for a refund. Once we receive the product we can compensate you the product cost as follows: A.Full refund of product cost to your dresslily Wallet as store credit. We will refund you the product cost to your dresslily Wallet as store credit with additional extra points. B. Full refund of product cost to your payment account. A STORE CREDIT? I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again!! If there was an option to leave ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I found a dress that I thought was cute for Christmas so when I calculated the processing time and the shipping time, it should have been at my house a week before Christmas (mind you, I used the maxed amount of time). It is nearly TWO WEEKS AFTER CHRISTMAS AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DRESS! I also have not received any shipping updates in exactly one month! The chatbot is completely useless and I cannot speak to a human customer service representative to get my money back. I will NEVER recommend DressLily to my friends or family because of my experience. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I had taken the time to find this page before I attempted to order something from this Chi-Com outfit, but what is done is done. The XL jacket I ordered arrived but it was too small. The zipper was installed on the left hand side rather than the normal right. I think it was meant for a woman's coat but advertised in the men's section. Nothing in the package to tell us how to return it, and negotiating their web pages to attempt to return it has proven very difficult, at least for me. I have learned yet another lesson in life, do not buy from an outfit like this. I have been dealing with a machine rather than a person. I hate machines like this.

I have been waiting for a Christmas gift I ordered on December 2! Still nothing, even though just before Christmas I was informed it would arrive Dec 29! I will NEVER order from this company again!
