“ DX suppose to be delivering a fireplace, original purchase post said “3 day delivery “, ordered December, chasing store, then the supplier then delivery, 3 separate days stated for delivery , no show again today. Am cancelling order tomorrow, stressful, inconvenient and the only information I ve received is from chasing it around myself, and still that’s got me nowhere.. 3 day delivery is now day 19 😞 ”

“ For the second time in a space of about 10 days I received a message saying that they "missed me" and left a calling card. For the second time this was a lie as I was in the house all the time and there was no calling card left. Awful service. DO NOT USE IT. If I learn that the company I am buying from (in this case B&Q) uses this delivery company I will just buy from some else so I avoid all this hassle. ”
