“ DX was supposed to deliver today. The window was 8-18 which was not very helpful. The app said the delivery was “scanned at the depot” at 6:11 pm and that was the last message. I waited in all day and nothing. Poor service. If it was not possible to deliver today then why not put that on the app. I am at work all day tomorrow so I would guess that is when they will deliver. ”

“ I had an order to be delivered on the 7/8 October 26 then I received a message on tracking saying my order will be delivered on Thursday 1st October which I thought was strange , however order never arrived , then on Friday 2nd October when out at a gp appt I received a message saying driver couldn’t deliver my order as no one at home ( correct ) that message arrived at 3 pm no card left from driver , I live up a small private road with 5 houses my neighbour informed me no van was in our road , I spent whole Friday afternoon trying to get through to this company with no luck so have sent 2 emails still waiting on reply I won’t b surprised if I never see this delivery so will contact Amazon ”

“ Con-artist company...just look at the reviews!!!! Told two days in a row failed to deliver (someone home both days) second day found delivery driver taking pic of my door then failed to deliver, she said "I can't find your parcel in the van dont know what I'm looking for and I have 40 drops to do so can't hang around" !!!!! What a stupid thing to say!!!!! BIG ADVICE TO COMPANIES DO NOT USE YOU WILL HAVE LOTS OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND LOTS OF REFUNDS TO DO!!!! DX NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!! ”
