“ If I could would give a minus.An expensive item simply left at a neighbouring farm/ although the tracker said it had been signed for this was not true. Contacted DX no apology just told to contact sender. We had to visit neighbouring properties to find our delivery. ”

“ One star is still one star too many, I was supposed to have my delivery today, they gave me a 3 hour window so I made sure I was home, the driver arrived and gave me exactly 1 minute and 37 seconds to get up, put shoes on and get outside, I’m disabled, when I got outside he was driving away, on seeing me he came back, gave me a tirade of abuse and quite honestly frightened me, and still drove away without leaving my parcel. ”
