The recorded calls are wonderful to reference. The CRM is great, still working on expanding the capabilities of DYL and love how it connects with my Agency CRM. When a call comes in, it automatically pulls up my CRM. LOVE IT. Still have trouble with the phone application, cant seem to listen to voice mails and it locks up a lot.

DYL has allowed my staff to manage their call volume and leads in a very easy manner. They are able to quickly retrieve call history for specific customers or leads and across a certain time period.

I am an Allstate Exclusive Agent, since I switched to DYL we have had a significant amount of growth. DYL has helped us track our customers and prospects. DYL has saved us from accusations as all calls are recorded. DYL allows text messages and customers can send us photos using this text feature. DYL has saved us money and time. Thank you DUL

DYL has helped us tremendously in the office. I am able to track incoming and outgoing calls. I am able to receive and send text which is phenomenal. I am very pleased with DYL..

If you have a small business or starting one , DYL is the way to go . It simplyfies your customers call needs /process and allows you to track missed calls ,fax and vm while you are out in the field prospecting.

Specific call routing has helped us free up our receptionist by routing calls for clients we are currently working with directly to the right person. Also we have been able to send low priority calls (from mortgage servicers for example) to a Voicemail for us to work as we have the time - not just when they happen to call. It has also helped us segment our clients and make sure the VIP clients are always getting a VIP experience/staff person. It has also helped us market to various referral sources and measure the leads as well as be able to identify in real time where the lead came from so it can be handled appropriately.

Sales Lead management & call recordings have allowed us to increase our sales goals, growth, as well as reduce mistakes and time consuming follow-up. One word about DYL is "Efficiency". Prepare your Process and protocols and let DYL manage these. Increased customer satisfaction which leads to positive reviews.

Dyl has made it so much easier to communicate with both staff and clients the way they want to be communicated with from one place. (Click to call, text, fax, and message) Without Dyl, I would have to hire more people to handle the service work.

Me and my staff like all of the features of DYL. We are not currently using the Lead Management or sales call features but hope to start that up again soon.

When we implemented DYL in early 2016, my office went from selling 100 policies a month to 200 policies a month or more with only 2 marketers and 2 producers. DYL has helped us organize leads and has streamlined the follow up process. DYL's features has made all staff accountable for their sales and tasks. DYL is a no-brainer.
