“Don’t buy. 2 years guarantee is a scam. If the appliance stops working within the guarantee period, it is not easy to get hold of customer service. If you use their online service, it is only there to do small talks, they do not solve the problem. I have arranged for collection three times, first time they forgot to send the collection label, second time their collection partner dpd returned by only taking picture of my door and said I missed the delivery when I was home the whole day and the third time they couldn’t find my address. I have chatted with over ten people in their online customer service and they keep assuring that they will solve your problem but they are probably in some other part of the world just trying to engage you because their assistance never bring a result. I have come to the point that tomorrow I am putting my Dyson in black bin liner and sending it out with bin man.
Total waste of time. Don’t get attracted with their fancy advertisement and price which is not cheap but the product and service is definitely very cheap.”
“Can't even begin to put into words how bad an experience I am having with this company. Purchased a Dyson vacuum last month from a 3rd party which arrived faulty. I have been in touch with the 3rd parties resolutions team who insist I must speak to Dyson. Right or wrong, the device is a Dyson and they are insisting they cannot help. I explained to the Dyson support agent that I am stuck in a loop, the 3rd party won't help me replace the Dyson vacuum and Dyson won't help me replace the brand-new faulty vacuum. The support agenct I spoke to became frustrated with me simply explaining my problem, angry as I remained calm yet strong. In his frustration he hung up on me, leaving me with my still faulty Dyson and no resolution. Having spoke to both companies 3+ times, I am stuck in a loop with two companies bickering and neither of them taking responsibility. Ultimately I am still several hundred pounds out of pocket with a brand-new yet faulty Dyson device. I want a resolution immediately!”
