Hector and Adam leaded our Central Mexico Tour over expectation. It has been an enjoyable learning experience in a great diversity of habitats.

Guides were terrific, and also good company. Dealt with a medical situation very efficiently and empathetically. Very full days and could probably use a little more down time. No hidden costs or commercial pressure to buy anything. Variety of habitats excellent, with over 350 species seen. Travel and accommodation well arranged with a very accommodating bus driver who became part of the team. Ken Musgrave, Ontario, Canada.

Eagle-Eye's Newfoundland Tour was scenic, informative, and rewarding. We came to see Puffins and saw 1,000's on two different occasions. We also saw 1,000's of Northern Gannet, Common Murre, Razorbill, Thick-billed Murre, and other birds. We saw lots of beautiful rocky coastline, ancient fossils, historic sites, and quaint villages, in addition to the colorful houses of St Johns. We were surprised and thrilled to discover the Veiled Virgin. Our guides were knowledgeable birders and helped everyone to see the target birds. The hotels were nice, and the people of Newfoundland were warm, friendly, and helpful. Our group was all friendly, and we had a great tour. Highly recommended.

All went smoothly. A pretty well organised trip with quite some side activities. Comfortable ship, good food, good service. Wonder however why there were so few Europeans on board. In the preparation of the trip, I did however encounter some payment problems. This was also due to the fact that a creditcard payment involved a 3% additional cost…do not understand why. Booked a similar expensive trip to Central America (5 countries, 3 weeks) with a US Travel Agency, did everything via creditcard without extra cost.

Narwhals, polar bears, seals, all in their natural habitat made me really experience what the arctics are about. You will never have this feeling when you see pictures or tv. Arctic weather (unforeseen storms) made the adventure complete.

The Netherlands & Belgium: Birds, Art & Architecture May 2017 was a very enjoyable tour. Our Guide was professional, very knowledgeable, patient and fun. Our small group allowed a degree of flexibility during the days which was nice. The itinerary was outstanding. We saw so much of Holland which you wouldn't normally see going on your own. The birding was excellent. It would have been nice to have the Art and Architecture aspect a bit better incorporated as we were left mostly to discover that on our own while in cities, towns or museums/galleries. Having said that, I really enjoyed being able to see what we did during the tour. It was a really nice combination. The hotels we stayed in were very good and well located near towns/cities. The breakfasts were very good that each hotel provided. Our lunch stops were in towns during the day and it was nice to go to something a little different each time. Dinner was mainly in the hotel dining rooms which were very good. We had a couple of dinners out. A couple of comments - 1) although tricky, the guide should be firm about seat rotation in the van. If a client is booking a road tour they should clearly understand that they will have to move around to be fair to all the participants. 2) the guide shouldn't have to manage a food budget in front of the clients. The tour should be priced to include the costs. Most tours don't include lunch so perhaps this could be eliminated so the food budget won't be exceeded. No one on our tour would have objected. Overall a very enjoyable time and a great way to see this part of the world and the birds. Thank you Eagle Eye.

The guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about birds. They used spotting scopes and laser pointers to help us see birds in different habitats. A good pair of binoculars is a must for this trip. The main downside was the pace of this tour was too leisurely for an active individual like myself!

The guides were super at finding and identifying the birds. The locations were beautiful and the other people on the trip were wonderful to be with. The shore birds were easier for me to spot than the ones in the trees so I was glad there were many opportunities for that.

Good company with good to great professional guides and good accommodations and food. I believe you get value for money and see a large variety of birds. The only issue I have would be with advertising. Some trips can be exhausting with physical challenges and a quick pace. This is fine but the best information on these potential challenges should be more openly disclosed. I have noticed other companies do disclose this information making trip planning a bit easier.

A good trip, though the drives were a bit long. We saw 20 whooping cranes and lots of other birds. The two guides were very knowledgeable and found us birds we would never have found on our own. Considering where we went, I don’t know how the infrequent bathroom breaks could be solved.

Everything was great as far as looking for birds and and finding them and giving us photographers time to take good pictures. I wished we could have stayed at the feeders a little longer to get better photos of the evening grosbeaks. Most of the people wished we had a few more restroom breaks. We are mostly older and cannot wait as long as younger folks. It would have been nice to get back for the day maybe an hour earlier so we maybe can relax with our new friends and have a beverage together before supper. The days were long and not much time to unwind. I am so glad that I went. There is no way that I could ever have found some of those life birds (6) by myself.

Our tour guides were absolutely excellent. Their breadth of knowledge and expertise allowed us to see hundreds of species including some rare and hard to find birds.

A fine trip. Excellent guides, a well-planned route, and congenial company. The knowledge of the guides allowed desired birds to be tracked down with a high degree of confidence. Fully recommended.

Interesting itinerary. Chances to see extremely rare birds not seen on other trips. This trip is geared for advanced independent birders. Guides are provided but independent skills are important

I don't remember any problems, which indicates that the service was fine. Well, with one exception. The suggestions for what to take included rain gear, but I disregarded it, because I figured it was a generic list, and we were going to the tropics not in the rainy season. Wrong. I should have brought a flimsy plastic raincoat - I have several, pinched years ago from the Maid of the Mist - they weigh nothing, and we were in the rain forest! My jacket is water-repellant, sort of, but not really. I got wet! Maybe the list should be tailored to the trip, and this should be made clear.

The Manitoba Owls tour was great for me. I found six life birds I had never seen before--Gyrfalcon, Great Gray Owl, Hawk Owl, Bohemian Waxwing, Hoary Redpoll and Sharp-tailed Grouse. Plus Snowy Owl and Ruffed Grouse which I had only seen once previously. The tour guides, Rudolf and Ken, were easy-going and we took our time on each bird. Accommodations and food were fine. Met some enjoyable fellow birders. I was delighted.
