I've done numerous tours with them (Grand Manan, Manitoba (Owls), Sask (Whooping Cranes), Arizona in winter and Point Pelee. Quality service at a affordable price. Customer service was excellent, particularly as we had to cancel our participation due to health reasons, then I was able to be reinstated on the tour at the last minute as the health issue subsided. The pricing was good. The guides were excellent and coped very well with changing conditions during the tour.”

“I was so excited to have found an organized tour to see the narwhals in May. It would be my first trip with Eagle-Eye Tours, and the staff was great to answer all of my questions and concerns. I couldn't believe how great the experience was - incredibly thorough, organized in the specific details, clear communications, and most of all patient with me. In addition to planning the trip, they helped with insurance and hotel recommendations. Unfortunately, this year's trip was cancelled due to the virus. “the people working in the head office are very efficient, doing their best to answer queries and solve problems, often the same day. the two guides I met were great : organizing things, very attentive to people's needs, and very knowledgeable about so many things: birds of course, animals, insects, geology... I learnt a lot about Canada with them. their catalogue is just fabulous and makes one dream; the difficult thing is choosing a tour. I would definitely join tours with them again, hopefully 2 in 2017.”
