“Bought some tenor banjo buttons, which according to the description fit most banjos.
I must just have been unlucky because they didn't fit mine. Which is fair enough I can take that on the chin as they say. But what would have helped greatly is if the pictures showed the view of the hole that fits over the peg. In my case they peg has two flat edges, the one I recieved were round.
As I say they were only £12. But more detailed info and better pictures would help.
Thank you
Mr Rae”
“I rang the shop before ordering a Gig bag for Ozark Tenor Guitar and was assured it would fit. Well, it does fit, JUST. It is extreme tight so I hope it will loosen up in time. Not that happy really having rang beforehand to make sure.”
“Pleased with the banjo, and the price was good, but it was supposed to include a free set-up. I don't think this was done as the banjo arrived with the head badly needing tightening and a broken string (I guess the string could have broken in transit but the head couldn't have loosened to the extent it had). It's cool, I sorted it out (after ordering the necessary T wrench to tighten the head from you! ) but I don't see the point of offering a free set-up if you don't really do it. Pleased with the instrument, and it was dispatched very promptly, thanks.”
“Mostly very good transaction....but.......banjouke arrived with a retaining nut/washer loose. Luckily... saw these items lying on the floor and able to fit them.”
“Customs has blocked the shipment and I have to pay 28 euros before I receive the shipment. It was for my Ozark 3372C Tenor Guitar which I bought 4 years ago. There were no import costs then.”
