“As part of my order I requested a D'Addario Banjo/Mandolin Capo but received a D'Addario Micro Banjo Tuner! You have since sent me the required capo. In order to return the tuner you also supplied a me with a return address label which gives no indication of being free post. Is it OK to use this label and simply put the package in the post?

“After getting to know the banjo after the initial thrill of it’s lovely sound I realised the action was very low (2.75mm) and the neck relief excessive ( 1.0mm).
I am left with cautiously trying to get it set up to Deering’s standard recommendations.
I am not even sure the neck is correctly positioned on the pot.?
If I was closer I would have brought it back for attention.
