“Unfortunately my dog wasn’t crazy about the EarthBones, so I said so in my initial review of the product. Within a day of submitting that review, I received a very nice email from EarthBones’ customer service saying they would give me a full refund for my purchase. Who does that these days?! I’m impressed with the company’s obvious attention to customer satisfaction. I don’t doubt that the same conscientiousness goes into producing a good product. My dog just wasn’t crazy about the bones...kind of like some people aren’t crazy about chocolate or lasagna.”
“It is clear that these are made from high quality ingredients. I was tempted to try one myself! Unfortunately, our yorkie mix is spoiled rotten, and is VERY picky. She didn't like them, but when I advised the company, they were very kind and made a more than generous compensation. THIS is a company to do business with, for sure. Also, as a true review of the product itself, although my little "stinker" wasn't impressed, at least three of the four friends that I shared an open package with have fur babies who LOVED them. All good!!”
