Our builder has been very pleasant toward us, but he seems too busy and we feel like we’re always bothering him if we need him and it’s like he is in a very big hurry all the time. We’ve called for the paint to be fixed and the painters came out a second time, but there are still several mistakes. Overall, we think it’s a beautiful home. We just hope all of these little mistakes will be repaired.”

“From our very first encounter with our sales associate Tiffany, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. That never changed. We were impressed with quality and attention to detail for the price-point. The construction supervisor, Wayne, was informative and thorough. The design consultant, Anna, was helpful and reassuring in a somewhat overwhelming process. From the signing of the contract, the home was built in a little less than 5 months. We had a tight and rather firm target-date and it was met, even with our very cold and wet winter season. Tiffany sent pictures every 7-10 days showing the progress of the build. We really rarely went on site as there was little need. We're in our house now. It's beautiful and feels solid. We are very happy with our choice of builder and would recommend a hundred times over!”

Construction "Start to Finish," to final Walk-Thru, to Closing, to fixing those "minor things," ALL of Eastwood's employees that we have met have been fantastic. Jacy Campbell is a TRUE professional; totally knowledgeable of Eastwood's process, caring and truly a great person. Ideal skillset for the job she obviously loves.
Next up, Brandi Metcalfe at the Design Center. Amazing employee! OWNS that Design Center. Admittedly we DID do our "homework" ahead of time but, Brandi walked us through the design of our "future castle" with grace, aplomb and was a TOTALLY patient professional. Helped us EVERY step of the way with asking the right questions and answering EVERY one of ours.
David Ford is an awesome Construction Manager. He MUST have a Harry Potter "Time Turner" because he CAN, and IS, everywhere at once. From our first meeting, the day the concrete arrived for the foundation, to catching him in the street yesterday to ask a question, the man seems to ALWAYS be on the J...O...B. He was always available to answer questions even when it was NOT during his and Jacy Campbell's weekly telecom with us when we lived in Southwestern V”
