“This was my first trip on Easyjet.
I was never keen to travel with them, as a previous TV programme showed the staff were quite rude...however, that was not at all the case, check-in staff were helpful and polite, the aircraft crew friendly and helpful, and completely professional. 5 stars for them. 0 stars for luggage handlers who managed to damage both cases, one of which was brand new. It was like our case had been dropped from a great height, damaging many items inside, including a bottle of Chanel body oil, I'd purchased in airport. They'd actually managed to crack the bottle, which was inside the box, so of course the oil seeped everywhere, including cakes and biscuits brought back for gifts. They let the team down.”
“To fellow passengers moaning about missing their check in time, you need to realise that they cannot allow you do board just because there was 'traffic'. Thats not their prioity, their priority is the plane - during time after check in to lift off they need to calculate fuel, luggage etc. I missed my check in time and they popped me on the night flight free of charge because it was between the check in time and departure time which I thought was lovely of them and is standard procedure. Stop thinking you're special; it applies to EVERYONE.”
