There is a racist spanish woman on easy jet at tenerife airport south. That picks out people of colour in line and accusses them of having a fake passports. Calls the Police on them, who then detain them for two hours. She will wait till the gates close after which she will reappear and say she can not fly you as easy jet will get sued. She will make up all sorts of accussations to fit her agenda. She was working on 10/04/2022 easy jet flight at 10pm bound for Gatwick 02.20pm. She did this to my patner who had a 1 year old and a 7 year autistic girl only because they were black. We are going to sue Easy jet.

91 days now and STILL fighting Easyjet for my cash refund on flights that THEY CANCELLED..... EU LAW 261/2004 states if an airline cancels your flight BY LAW they MUST refund you within 7 days!..... The UK government is doing absolutely NOTHING to help the thousands of people who are fighting this disgusting company that won't give people there money back!....... Why is our government not helping it's people by not making this RIP-OFF company follow law????...... Will NEVER FLY WITH THESE CON MERCHANTS EVER AGAIN!........ Please spread this around DON'T fly EASYJET.

Horrendous!!!!!!! I accepted a voucher and they make you call up To use it but don’t answer for hours and hours!!! I waited for 3 hours on 3 straight days I couldn’t wait any longer and now my flights have gone!!! Why issue vouchers you haven’t got the capacity to service!!!! Why let customers who could of insisted on a refund go though this stress it’s ludicrous!!! I am so stressed I will remember how horrendous this was and tell everyone I know!!

Now with the Pandemic most of the airlines give you the money back of your bookings. I try to cancel my flights and get the refund. Since is NOT RECOMMEND TO FLY. They don't refund me the money

I was asked to throw my cosmetics in the bim because they didn't all fit into one transparent bag despite being less than 1000ml. Very mean and cruel company. Never again.

It's not Easyjet; it's more like Horriblejet. They seem to be robbing people with extra charges for luggage. They charged me extra, claiming my luggage didn't fit a box due to the wheels, even though it's within the smallest size allowed (45x36x20). They mentioned I needed a certain pass to avoid these charges. Each luggage cost me €58, and their customer service is terrible. Not to mention, their flights are consistently delayed.

I would give no stars if I could here but I can't, Easyjet are a disgrace and I will never fly with them again. I was meant to fly to Tenerife 17th August with my wife and son but unfortunately my wife came down with Covid the night before our flight so I contacted Easyjet to cancel flights in advance and was told to use their webform to give the details. I sent them evidence of 2 +ive lateral flow tests before the flight and was then told I had to send +ive PCR test evidence which I did a day or so later. Bearing in mind both myself and wife are fully vaccinated and didn't need any PCR test ahead of flying they have told me I cannot have a refund/vouchers for my flights because the PCR test was dated 18th rather than before the flight. How ridiculous is that, how would I have been able to send a +ive PCR test ahead of the flight when we didn't know she had Covid till 11pm 16th August and were unable to request a test till the following day which had to be posted out, done, returned to the lab and results returned to us. I would have needed to time travel to achieve that. Perhaps Easyjet would have preferred us to not say anything, board the flight and contaminate everyone on board.

The CEO of EasyJet Johan Lundgren is a total an utter incompetent disgrace that has ruined this company and is responsible for the appalling customer service. Do teh decent thing and resign so that someone competent can come in and sort tout teh mess that you have created

If you want your holidays to get spoiled even before it starts make sure you book ur flight with EasyJet. As the name suggest it's easy for them to do anything e.g rip you off for every single bag u carry, talk down to you like you are some kind of dust on the floor, no respect from ANY members of staff whether its ground staff or air crew just awful. I personally think it pains them so much to be pleasant to their passengers. The HR Dept has some serious reevaluation to do with their recruitment as this is not what customers expect or want to be treated after paying money for the service. Maybe their policies are cheap flight but also cheap service and they do follow that without fail. I have travelled so many countries but NEVER EVER encountered such rude and bad mannered staffs in my entire life. So appalled by the whole experience. My first time with easyjet but also my last time with them. I would rather pay more money and get the respect and service my whole family deserves. After the pandemic, one would think thank God they got their job back and now they will value and cherish that job and go above and beyond to keep the airline afloat and to succeed but blimey they are hell bent to do the opposite. They dont respect their own jobs so how can they respect their customers. I wouldn't be surprised if this airline gets a reputation of being tacky, cheap and disgustingly staffed. I am so shocked that I still cant believe how people like these lots got a job in the airline. Piece of advise for HR, put some more effort into screening your staffs when recruiting as they are meant to uplift and represent your brand not tarnish and bring it to the floor which let me tell you they are doing a fantastic job at that......for now airline to be avoided at any cost unless u like to be pushed around and mistreated

Re: Easyjet I refer to the above airline. I had a complaint re their dress policy in the aircraft due to an experience on a flight from Belfast to Manchester 11/6/21. Female boarded wearing lyrca gym shorts & sports bra. As a male & being aware of self protection + the current situation. Easyjet failed to acknowledge my letter & respond appropriately, just standard script, sorry & hope to see you soon on board. Are you aware of any policies/requirements with airlines?

Easy jet are disgustingly ridiculously… Easy jet are disgustingly ridiculously bad!!! Worst experience I’ve had travelling and trust me I’ve travelled the world with some of the cheapest airlines going. Hopefully you will go bust during these trying times as you really don’t seem to care about your customers experience on your poor excuse of transport!!!! Well done as I had to spend a week without vital medication....would really appreciate contact regarding the issue as can’t seem to get any joy through the proper channels thanks Very unhappy traveller

Shocking customer service. You call them and are on hold for hours before the call disconnects. You fill in their online form and no one replies. You email them direct and no one replies. We will never use them again!!!

Finally had notification of refund from early April. Turns out my card has expired and replaced with new one but same number. 40 mins on hold before being told barclaycard will have the money and I must ring them. 45 min further hold ringing then to now be told that this is easy jet ruse to keep my money longer as a chargeback is taking months and all easy jet need to do is issue refund back to my card as you don’t need the expiry date. Yet another 40 mins ring easy jet back to be told the same thing, when I pointed out what the card issuer had said the extremely rude and ignorant easy jet representative just hung up the phone!!! Agghhhhhhh🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 easyJet this is nothing other than fraud you are cheating the public out of hard earned funds you absolute thief’s!!!!

total cheaters they are avoiding… total cheaters they are avoiding refunds and customers who want refund , using technical blocking their own emails, phone and etc. they should be prosecuted at once

Terrible customer service. It has been over 50 days since I request a refund from EasyJet for my cancelled flight on 29th March. They have advised that I need to wait 90 days for a refund which is just ridiculous. I applied for the refund online before EasyJet revoked this option from customers, they are now claiming that they have a backlog of refunds that were requested online and customers that called into the helpline afterwards were given priority. I will never fly with EasyJet ever again. They have made it nearly impossible to receive a refund. I have tried to contact their helpline 100 plus times and only managed to get through to them twice. This is putting me under an immense amount of stress which I do not need being heavily pregnant and with the current pandemic
