“This would have been a five star review had it not been for the two hours I had previously wasted on hold when I called 0330 365 5000. Luckily I read some of the reviews on here suggesting people try 0330 365 5030 so I thought I'd give that a try. Long story short, answered within 15 minutes by a very helpful chap by the name of Bandi who actioned my cancelled flights refund back to Love Holidays. OH NO! not Love Holidays I hear you cry, but fear not, for just over a week later of kind Bandi actioning the refund I received an email from Love Holidays saying the £290.28 refund from Easyjet would be back in my credit card account within five days. Well, two days later there it was, so really apart from the issue with the first customer service number I tried I haven't got any complaints.”

The crew were exceptional, warm reception on board, extremely help, and we had a very enjoyable flight.”

In the past I have done it all DIY but because of the short notice decided to use this option, mixing and matching, flights, hotel and transfers.
This is a budget airline so you can go basic or upgrade. We went up front with extra leg room. The flight was a bit roudy with several stag parties on board. Even at 6 am. Well done to the chief steward for keeping them in check.
Our choice of hotel was a good one. Bright and clean with a good breakfast. Near to all the must see places.
There was a bit of a hiccup with our pre booked taxi. He was not on time but claimed he had been in the airport all the time.
This was made up for by our return driver who was excellent.”

“Website doesn't have hidden charges and is straightforward to use. Doesn't get top marks as missed the take-off slot on our recent flight to Prague from Gatwick meaning a 1.5 hour delay but we were kept informed and made up half an hour on the way. Reasonable prices if booked early enough, and the Gatwick departure means overall cost is lower than Stansted departure as London-Gatwick by normal train (not Gatwick Express!) using an Oyster or contactless bank card is much cheaper than the rip-off London-Stansted train.”
