“The singup was very quick, didn't ask for too much information just the necessities. I like the click and collect option as it saves me money and I was fortunate to have a collection point very nearby. I do most of my shopping trough amazon and they don't offer this option.”

I needed my order next day so I called customer service who were able to help me cancel my order. I subsequently re-ordered for collection next day. “Far better range that competitors such as PC World, found a laptop within my budget at a higher spec level than i was expecting after browsing competitor sites. Very clear and streamlined checkout process, range of delivery options was also appreciated and clearly explained. Would recommend Ebuyer to a friend over any other electronic retailer.”

“As a complete technophobe I asked my son (who works in IT) for best place to go for new mouse and headphones. He gave me link to Ebuyer and it was very easy to see all the options and then place an order. I also wanted a good deal on prices and was delighted to get a replacement for my bluetooth thingy for the phone at a really good price too. Then it was so easy just to order it all. I have to have easy stuff when it's to do with the computer so one happy bunny here!”
