“I bought a brand new laptop and it was faulty. It took a week to return and confirm that it was faulty. While they were foing checks I fixed old laptop and asked for money refund. They refunded but it was not the best experience of purchase and I struggled without laptop for a week when I need it”

“When I pick the item I wanted it was free delivery, but when I put my address in suddenly it was £5 delivery. I know I live in Scotland but I am still on the mainland. When I spend nearly £500 I would expect free delivery, especially for a small item.”
