“I use ebuyer a fair bit - especially for consumables and I'm often lured by impossible-to-beat offers thay email me. The website is good but I've a couple of suggestions. Once I've done a search please don't fill most of the screen that I can see with offers irrelevant to my search. By all means have them as a sidebar of offers but please let me see the search results front & centre. Having said that eBuyer has one of the best basket & checkout processes on the web. Thanks for all the deals!”

“I have ordered today and the process was very quick and straightforward. I was happy with the delivery options available and hopefully the service on the delivery will be as good. Also a main point for me in using a site is the after care for faulty products. I'm hoping I won't need to use it but it is a good way to guage how good a company is.”

“I've been a user of eBuyer for many years, due to their good pricing compared to others. Recently, the items offered in their newsletter have not caught my attention and seem to be the same every week. However the Yo!Bot which appeared close to Christmas was different and I've bought 3! One for myself and two for gifts. Keep changing your newsletter items and I'm sure sales will improve!”

“Ebuyer has a great range of products, often at very competitive prices. I find the reviews useful and they have often steered my buying choices. Usually the delivery is very quick, although sometimes selecting the value delivery can result in very random processing times - it doesn't take longer to deliver, just longer until it gets processed! This months free next day delivery for account customers meant I've chosen that rather than select the random option. Overall I find them very good and on the one occasion I had a problem they resolved it quickly. 9/10.”
