“I have dealt with Ebuyer for many years, occasionally there would be the odd hiccup, but almost every time that occurred it was due to their choice of courier, which were substandard. They offer excellent value, good service both before and after sale. If i am honest the only service that outperforms them is Amazon Prime, and that is solely down to the fact if something is faulty etc., Prime replace it immediately BEFORE having to return the item. This really comes into play for example if you have ordered say a laptop that has an issue, you do not have to fork out for ANOTHER laptop in the meantime.”

“I was in 2 minds whether or not to get this laptop as its a gaming laptop and im a graphic designer so i needed the high specs. There is a bit of controversy about this laptop and its gaming ability but as im only using it for its specs i wasnt too bothered but on the other hand it is a lot of money ! A converstation box popped up asking if i had any questions so i explained my situation the man ( jack - nice guy ) , what i needed - and he agreed with my choice so thanks jack , my laptop arrives on friday and if its not what i expect sole blame goes on jack ! thanks, Lauren”

“Always on the ball, plenty of information on what stage your order is in, whether its payment processing or delivery. None of this its in stock and when you order they tell you It isn't. Any problems, which are rare in my experience anyway, returned, problem sorted and new item sent as replacement in days, not weeks. My preferred place to buy electronics.”
