“The informations given about the products are fairly good and clear. It is easy to find out the information about the products. Even the payment method is easy and safe. It would have been better if the delivery of any item had been free. Moreover, if the payment through paypal had been free on all modes of delivery(not only with Royal Mail), it would have been fantastic.”

“In order to buy a £10 iTunes gift card, you seem the only place that does one by the way, well done! I signed up for an account. Entered my address and the delivery address for the item, which was different, then proceeded to pay with Paypal, who needed me to enter the new delivery address again! It's just a small thing, but why do I have to tell you AND Paypal the new delivery address, can'y your programmes talk to each other? However I'm satisfied because you sold something no-one else does. Christmas is expensive, and I wasn't prepared to stretch to a £15 voucher just because no-one else sold one for £10! Thank you.”

“I've been buying PC bits and pieces off of Ebuyer for years. They're always the first place I look when comparing prices, and they're often the place I come back to in order to make the purchase. If there have ever been any problems with the products, they've been replaced without any hassles or argument. I understand that they are using Yodel as one of their couriers at the moment. I've had Yodel down as a deliverer of goods to me before and they have not been good. I hope Ebuyer will listen to their customers' comments on the forums on this matter. After all, there's no point paying for something that isn't going to arrive in time.”
