“Well structured website, and frequent great offers.I generally look at major competitors first, but have yet to find better offers on identical products. One minor irritation... eBuyer claims that Paypal is a payment option, but when checking out, only card payment options (Visa/Mastercard) are shown. This can lead to gateways declining a card for security reasons, and it can take half an hour to get the blockage sorted. If you advertise Paypal as an option, then make sure it appears as an option when checking out.”

“The website is easy to navigate and full of computer hardware (and tea & other office supplies if you want) sold at a reasonable discount. I've ordered various things in the past, from USB sticks to a motherboard they were delivered quickly and well packaged. When I had to return an item (I ordered the wrong motherboard) I was able to exchange it with the right motherboard easily. All in all a great company.”
