“I placed an order on 9th May for a monitor and a wall bracket. The next day I decided to cancel the wall bracket because it was no longer needed. This was not a problem. When I explained what I needed the monitor for, I was advised by customer care that the monitor I had ordered was not suitable for what I needed. When this was explained to me I understood my mistake. I cancelled that monitor and spoke to the technical team for advice. I have now ordered exactly what I need and thanks to the ebuyer team been saved a lot of hassle. Ordering equipment online can be a nightmare when you are not technical yourself and don't understand the technical info. Ebuyer team gave me an excellent service. Many thanks, I won't hesitate to use you again in the future.”
