“it was easy to find the product i was after with a lot of different options. However when it came to checking out I wanted to see where my closest click and collect was but then changed my mind and decided I wanted to have it delivered, but I couldn't just click to change back to delivery I had to leave the page and re-add the item to my basket. It wasn't a problem but just thought it would make more sense to have a button to just change it back to delivery.”
